CIDON Interior Design & Contract, a leading provider of design and contract solutions for the hospitality sector, has been responsible for the supply, furnishing, and installation of all FF&E and OS&E for both rooms and common areas at the new Novotel Valencia Lavant.
This project, executed in collaboration with Blasson Property Investments, has transformed the former Expo Hotel Valencia into a modern four-star hotel with 370 rooms spread across 11 floors, plus two rooftop levels featuring a pool and terrace, raising the bar for hospitality in the Turia region.
CIDON's approach has ensured the careful selection and installation of furniture, textiles, lighting, and decorative elements aligned with the Novotel brand identity, creating spaces that blend functionality, comfort, and contemporary design.
The hotel stands out for its balanced mix of modernity and tradition, with an aesthetic concept designed by the renowned Sundukovy Sisters studio and brought to life by architects Antonio Albadalejo and Rafael Seguí, along with interior designer Mónica Fullana.
CIDON has played a key role in executing this vision, ensuring that every furniture piece and decorative element not only aligns with the conceptual design but also meets the highest standards of quality and durability.
Beyond redefining urban hospitality, Novotel Valencia Lavant reinforces its commitment to sustainability. CIDON has prioritized energy-efficient and eco-friendly materials, adhering to Accor Group’s rigorous sustainability standards to minimize environmental impact.
Among the hotel's key features is its rooftop pool and bar, designed to become a prime venue for after-work gatherings and events in Valencia. CIDON has leveraged its expertise in crafting versatile and welcoming spaces, enhancing the guest experience both in rooms and public areas.
