CIDON was responsible for the refurbishment project of Latroupe La Granja, the renovated hostel located in the center of Bilbao.
LATROUPE La Granja is a boutique hostel that captures the essence of the city and preserves the spirit of the former art nouveau literary café that occupied the building’s ground floor from 1926 to 2007.
CIDON Interior Design & Contract, experts in interior architecture and decoration, as well as FF&E and OS&E management for the hospitality sector, carried out the interior design renovation of one of the European Latroupe chain's hostels: La Granja in Bilbao.
Located in the historic building that once housed the classic Café La Granja, the hostel was renovated by CIDON under the commission of Azora and following the project by GCA Architecture.
Now fully refurbished, Latroupe La Granja offers a fresh and modern aesthetic thanks to the interior design project by CIDON, while maintaining the charm, magic, and art nouveau style of what was once the cultural epicenter of the city.
Latroupe La Granja’s hybrid concept merges the adventurous spirit of a hostel, the comfort of an upscale hotel, and the coziness of a home, with rooms tailored to each guest's needs.
CIDON executed an interior design project aimed at ensuring that all facilities allow activities to be carried out with the highest level of comfort and convenience.
To continue collaborating with Azora, CIDON embarked on this project to once again demonstrate its ability to provide top-quality service. he project carried out by CIDON was executed in phases, managing the furniture, logistics, and installation of all common areas and decorative elements of the rooms.
CIDON successfully incorporated industrial aesthetics into the common areas, achieving a perfect balance in the design.
